FORMATTED PRINT PDF

A visual layout check

When you supply a matching formatted PDF, we inspect visible headings, page numbers, spacing, captions, clipped text and page breaks.
Included in the £145 service. Without a PDF, your report covers the manuscript text and states that layout was not assessed.
WHAT TO SUPPLY

Your manuscript, plus the PDF if you have one.

Supply a DOCX, including an Atticus export, or a Google Doc we can access in full. You may supply a matching formatted print PDF at the same time. Both files should represent the same revision; we clarify any conflict before checking the PDF.
We use the manuscript for reliable wording and view rendered PDF pages for layout. Extracted PDF text can be distorted. A print PDF check does not verify ebook display.

You choose and apply the corrections. Casover does not edit your manuscript. Update your formatted book after changing the manuscript. Later revisions or another layout check are separately agreed work. The check may still miss an issue.
