Agree the scope

You receive the deliverables, exclusions, price, payment terms and delivery date in writing. Nothing is charged and no work starts until you have accepted it.

Provide the material

Send the manuscript, book information and any relevant listing or performance data requested for your service.

Steve does the work

AI reads and analyses the material. Steve Castledine directs that work, checks the findings against the text, decides what matters and writes the reports, which he signs. How the AI is used is explained before you commission anything.

Open your reports and plans

PDFs that are yours to keep and a private Notion workspace you can use for 90 days. Questions about the reports are welcome whenever they come.

THREE SERVICES

Choose the service that matches the book today.

Manuscript Review

£395 for a complete manuscript of any length, delivered within 10 working days. An editorial assessment, the strengths to keep and revision priorities in order. An optional Follow-Up Revision Review, after you have revised, is £145.

Book Launch & Marketing Programme

£995 for publication, launch or early post-launch work, delivered within 30 days. Your Amazon listing material, a 90-day launch and marketing programme designed around your book, an Amazon Ads starter plan and a final pre-publication audit. Best started eight to twelve weeks before publication.

Amazon Book Market Development

For books on sale three months or more. The £495 Diagnostic, within 14 days, tells you what is worth addressing. The £1,495 Complete programme, within 30 days, adds the full nine-area review, a priority action plan and a final summary, with the Diagnostic fee credited if you continue.

Casover reads, researches, judges and writes. You receive reports, recommendations and material ready to use. Rewriting, editing, cover and interior production, uploads, advertising spend and running campaigns are yours to do, or quoted separately in writing if you want help.

AUTHOR CONTROL

You remain the publisher.

You keep your rights, files, accounts and royalties. You decide what to use, what to publish and what to spend, and you make the changes in your own accounts. Casover does not operate your KDP account, run adverts or spend money on your behalf. If you want help with implementation, ask, and it is quoted separately in writing.

No one can guarantee sales, rankings or reviews, and we do not try. Every recommendation comes with the evidence behind it.
