What your £395 service includes
- Published book and reader fit: assessment of the complete supplied published text, its strengths and material weaknesses against your objectives and intended readers.
- Amazon presentation and market position: the listing, comparable titles, categories, keywords, description, cover, sample, A+ Content and author presence, together with pricing and distribution.
- Supported improvements: suggested wording and metadata where justified. Effective material stays.
- Advertising and wider marketing: assessment of existing activity, with an Ads starter plan, setup guidance and testing framework where appropriate. If advertising should wait, we explain why.
- Priority Market Development Action Plan and Final Summary: what to correct, retain, test or defer, with responsibilities, likely costs, measures and review points where relevant.
The assessment, justified improvements and action plan are included in the £395 fee. There is no paid upgrade to receive the recommendations. Your reports are delivered through private Notion pages, with downloadable PDF copies available within those pages. Access is available for 90 days after final delivery; download your PDF copies to keep.
You decide and implement
This is a focused market assessment, not a full editorial Manuscript Review. Casover supplies advice, suggested material and plans. You or your chosen suppliers make account changes and carry out publishing, marketing and advertising. You control your accounts, rights and budget, and pay any advertising costs directly.
The action plan follows the evidence and your resources, with no fixed timetable or quota of changes. A new 90-day launch campaign is not automatically included. Sales, rankings, reviews and advertising returns cannot be guaranteed. If further spending is unlikely to help, we will say so.
Delivery
After checking suitability, payment and the material needed, Steve confirms the included deliverables, start date and delivery date in writing. Delivery is within 30 days of that confirmation. The start date respects any applicable cancellation period unless you expressly request an early start. Tell Steve about a fixed deadline before paying. If the service cannot meet your requirements, we explain why and refund payment in full before work begins. Questions about your reports remain welcome; fresh research or a revised plan is separately quoted.
1. Supply your book brief and evidence
Use the same email address here and at checkout. Upload the complete manuscript matching the edition on sale as a Word (.docx) file. For Google Docs, choose File → Download → Microsoft Word (.docx), then upload that file. Do not supply a PDF or a shared manuscript link. Include the Amazon link or ASIN and available performance information in your brief; Steve will request any other material needed. Never send account passwords.
2. Check your service and pay
Check the service and final total before paying. If you have already paid, do not pay again.
Is this service right for your book?
Before starting work, Steve will check your published book, brief and available evidence to make sure this service can provide useful support within its advertised scope. If it isn’t the right fit, we’ll explain why and refund your payment in full.
If a file is missing, unreadable or inaccessible, we’ll contact you to resolve that first. We won’t change the service or make any additional charge without your agreement. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
What happens next?
Steve checks your payment, book, brief and evidence, contacts you if anything essential is missing, and confirms the edition, included deliverables and delivery date. Your receipt confirms payment; it does not mean work has started. Your optional early-start request is recorded in the brief.
