Refund Policy

  • Digital Products: Refunds are not available for digital products, including e-books and digital downloads, once the product has been delivered.

  • Completed Services: No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully completed and delivered.

  • Request Submission: Submit a refund request to support@casover.com within 14 days of purchase or service order.
  • Review and Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed, and customers will be notified of the approval or denial within 7 business days.
  • Issuance of Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and issued to the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • No Guarantee: Casover Publishing does not guarantee specific results from using our services.
  • Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service in question.
