- Adult Content: Explicit sexual content is not permitted. Romance or erotica literature must be tastefully written and appropriately labeled.
- Illegal and Infringing Content: Content that promotes illegal activities or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others will not be accepted.

Together, we can ensure that our website remains a space for high-quality, engaging, and respectful content.
Artificial Intelligence
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Content (Text, Images, or Translations)
When you submit a new book or revise and republish an existing book through Casover Publishing, we require disclosure of any AI-generated content (including text, images, or translations). This includes cover and interior images or artwork. However, you are not required to disclose AI-assisted content. We distinguish between:
AI-generated and AI-assisted content as follows:
- AI-generated: This term refers to content—whether text, images, or translations—created by an AI-based tool. If such a tool was used to create the actual content, it is considered "AI-generated," even if you made substantial edits afterwards.
- AI-assisted: If you created the content yourself and used AI-based tools to edit, refine, error-check, or improve that content, it is categorised as "AI-assisted" rather than "AI-generated." If you used an AI-based tool to brainstorm and generate ideas, but the actual creation was done by you, this also falls under "AI-assisted" and not "AI-generated." There's no need to inform us about the use of such tools or processes.
You are responsible for ensuring that all AI-generated and/or AI-assisted content complies with all content guidelines, including applicable intellectual property rights.
